Processing Times

At Baby Bump Co., every product is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, product launches or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Tracked shipping available where selected at checkout

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Available on selected orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Warm Weather & Body Butter Products

As our products contain natural butters and oils, they may soften during periods of unusually warm weather.

This does not affect product quality or performance.

If your product arrives softened, simply place it in a cool room or refrigerator for a short period before use.
