Returns & Refunds

At Baby Bump Co., every product is carefully handmade in small batches with love and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Unopened & Unused Products

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and unopened
Products must be in their original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened skincare products
Used products
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (where applicable)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

All ingredient information is listed on our product pages and packaging.

As every individual's skin is unique, we cannot offer refunds for reactions, sensitivities, or allergies. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and conducting a patch test before first use.
